1. General Principles

Because we act merely as a facilitator connecting you to insurers, refund and cancellation rights will depend primarily on the policies of the insurer you choose.

2. Cancellation

  • You may cancel before purchasing a policy by notifying us immediately.

  • After a policy purchase, cancellation is subject to the insurer’s rules and conditions.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will only be provided if allowed under the insurance company’s policy.

  • Processing time for refunds is typically 7 to 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used originally (e.g. credit card, bank transfer).

4. How to Request

  • Provide your name, policy number (if available), purchase date, and reason for cancellation or refund request.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If you have already used the benefits of the policy (e.g. submitted a claim), a refund may not be possible.

  • If the policy term has expired, or a refund request is submitted late (beyond allowed period), refund may be denied.
